Kromek Bottle-Scanner Distributor

Ariki Oy and the UK-based company Kromek Ltd, pioneer of digital colour x-ray imaging, have signed a Distributor agreement for Finland. With this agreement Ariki’s product range increases to include scanners for liquid identification for use in airports.

The Kromek bottle-scanner is an easy-to-use desk-top unit configured to classify hazardous liquids, gels or aerosols in aprox. 10 seconds. Kromek and Ariki view the possibilities for the product as promising.

The restrictions that air passengers face when carrying liquids are especially annoying for transit passengers arriving from outside the EU.
